SHIPPING

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time. 

How long does it take to get my order?

As soon as we receive your order on our site, it's instantaneously transmitted to our shipping team where the address data is then automatically passed on to the delivery courier. In the meantime, your products are carefully packed and boxed, ready for shipping.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

We do have a Saturday service available to mainland customers from England and Wales. Orders for this service can be placed on any day of the week but the final cut off time is on Friday at 17:00 GMT. Please ensure that the Saturday delivery service selected.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?

Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.

I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?

We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however, if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbors or you can leave a signed note to advise where they leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.

 Can I use a different shipping address to my billing address?

The billing address must be linked to the credit card or payment provider you will be using when you will place the order. We would recommend shipping to the billing address however it is possible to ship to an alternative address.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?

If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbor or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.

Help! I have not received my package. 

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an e-mail at support@awinelovers.com and we will investigate the matter immediately. We guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order. For more information on Refund Policy, click here.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects, sizing error, or any other issues (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rests assured we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

I would like to return my purchase!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 

Typically, it takes about 5-20 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)
